PAYMENT TYPES:
We accept paypal and google checkout ONLY.
SHIPPING:
We ship daily (Monday – Friday). If the item is SLIGHTLY USED, we will ship out the item within 72 hours of receipt of payment. This allows us ample time to thoroughly clean the product (s). If the item is NEW we will ship it out within 48 hours of receipt of payment.
We do combine shipping on multiple purchases; however, we MUST be contacted by you via e-mail to request combine shipping and we will prepare the package for shipment and e-mail you an accurate quote for shipping.
If your looking to receive the shipment by a certain date (for an occasion, giving as a gift, etc.) please e-mail us and let us know and we will make every effort to satisfy your requests.
CONDITION OF ITEMS:
If your concerned about conditions of an item the first step is to look at the descriptions and photos of the listing we supply. If the product is NEW assume that it is in GIFT GIVING condition unless we have indicated otherwise on the listing. Because we all have slightly different expectations, we will photograph visable imperfections on boxes and product items as we see them. Photographs help us to identify these imperfections to the best of our ability so we know how important they can be. If you review the listing and photos, you should know exactly what you are getting regarding condition.
RETURNS:
Regarding a shipment that isn’t quite up to your expectations:
Yes, we do except returns. Please e-mail us your request to return the item along with: your name, date of purchase, item name and the reason for your return and we will e-mail you with the proper return instructions.
Because every once-in-a-while things get missed…..
In the event we notice an imperfection in the product contents while packing that we hadn’t noticed before, we will e-mail you that information along with a picture and give you the option of cancelling the purchase. If however, we do not hear back from you within 48 hours of that e-mail. We will send the item along anyway and request an acceptance e-mail upon your receipt of the shipment.
